AUTO & GENERAL DON'T KEEP TO THEIR COMMITTMENTS

Yesterday morning 06/05/2013 at 08H15 I called Auto & General's call centre to register a claim for my cellphone which got water damaged whilst I was on holiday. Sherry took my whole claim details down and said that she would send me an sms regarding my claim. She also gave me her direct landline to call in the event that I had any queries. I waited for the whole day yesterday to receive the sms from Sherry and never received anything. This morning from 08H00 to now, I have called Sherry's telephone line a number of times but there was no answer. I have just called the Auto & General call centre number and was put though to Yoisa who then said that she would transfer me to a consultant. I waited on the phone for easily up to 10 minutes and just got music playing in my ear whereafter, I just put the phone down. Does Auto & General only have one consultant to help their customers and is Auto & General going to refund me for the cost of my cellphone call whilst I was holding on?
