No one knows what they are doing

After 2 weeks of wasting my time and providing me with false info, chasing me up and down to your branches, you approved a loan for R8000 over 18 months. Now there is a balance of almost R48000 reflecting as outstanding on my account, and I have been referred back and forth telephonically and no one can tell me what the is going in. can you people sort this out as I am sick of wasting my resources to fix your mistakes. figure out what the is going on on my account and let me know please! i have already spent over R500 to try and get answers and solutions that no one is able to give me!
