LOAN ACCOUNT STATEMENTS AND SETTLEMENT AMOUNT

Hi,

I would like to know from Absa how difficult can it be for them to send me statements on my personal loan account. i have been paying this account for years now and i still dont get statements. i dont know if I'm going backwards or forward with this loan account. For months and months I have been trying to get electronic statements since i dont get them via the post, and up until today, no luck.

I have been wasting my money by going to their branches or making phone calls to their customer careline, and I'm tired of all that.

Can someone at absa take the responsibility and assist me on my query. They are very quick to phone or sms me when i'm a few days late with the payment, but there is no one who can assist me to get the details i need on the loan account.

I want to settle the loan, but i have no idea what the settlement or balance on the loan is. All their call centre consultants are not responsible for anything. I keep on getting transferred from one department to another.

i was really surprised this morning to be transferred to 5 different people and all of them couldn't assist me.

This is the worst service i have ever got from any company.
