TODAY I TRIED TO FIND OUT HOW I CAN INVEST R100, 000 - R500, 000,
I TRIED 7 BRANCHES AND NOBODY INTERESTED/ BUSY.
ROSEBANK - PUT THROUGH TO INVESTMENTS - NOBODY ANSWERS AND SWITCHBOARD DID NOT BOTHER TO COME BACK TO ME.
FOURWAYS - SAID THEY ARE BUSY AND I TOLD THEM THEY WERE THE 5TH BRANCH I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE - INVESTMENTS PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR.
AFTER DIALING FORDSBURG, EASTGATE, BANK CITY, PLUS 2 OTHERS (cannot remember) I CHOSE INVESTMENTS - USUALLY OPTION 5 - NO RESPONSE THEY COULD NOT HELP ME.
I do have an account with FNB but I was enquiring for a friend who is retiring - how embarrassing - told him to go to Capitec where my daughter opened a savings plan account @ 8, 5% interest. She also banks with FNB and she had the same problem - no advice.
WHY DOES FNB ADVERTISE TO THE EXTENT THEY DO WHEN TRYING TO GET SOMEONE WHO CARES FOR THE CUSTOMER IS NOT INTERESTED... FNB should not waste more money till they get the people who answer phones trained properly.
I WORKED FOR FNB AND BARRY SWART WOULD HAVE FIRED ME FOR THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT.
I am so glad I have Capitec to turn to - FNB I WILL SHOW U HOW TO TRAIN, the Barry Swart way
