I had a loan with african bank and a judgement i then settled the loan and received a discount of 20 for paying the loan in full when i went to african bank they advised me there was still a balance which they need to remove its been a week now and the balance is still reflecting on my account this is affecting my credit record negatively i have been up and down between african bank and the court wasting my airtime and my time and nothing has been resolved yet, i have received such pathetic service and would like this issue resolved
