Divulging personal information

Firstly, what I find very disturbing is that the above institution as all my contact information yet they call a telephone number that does not belong to me. I am not sure if staff is aware of the NCA and what the laws are around that. on Saturday a agent called my parents home to advise that my account is in arrears and that I will be handed over if I don't make a payment immediately. My question is:1) who gives the agent a right to divulge my personal information to my sick parent? 2) Why do they call a number that does not belong to me after I have personally updated my contact information nd they have been contacting me on my cell phone? 3) I have given all my details as well as my husband details, and even gave several agents permission to contact my spouse directly. 4) Why would I also be contacted after I have made a payment arrangement and paid as per my arrangement. I have received nothing but bad service from African Bank to date, I have also logged a complained previously about them placing a judgment against me without any notification. The complaint was dealt with by Charnelle, and this was also not even concluded satisfactory, as I was promised to answers.
