I received a feedback on 22 April 2013 about the complaint that i lodged here, the problem was when i took my car for inspection i never got DO NOT TOW stickers, I did call Miway call center and i was promised that the stickers will be sent to me through post, i never got the stickers it was last year 2012. After i lodged a complain here I received a call 22 April 2013 and i was promised that the alternative arrangements will be made where the stickers will be delivered to my place and today is 05 May 2013, I m still waiting for the call to tell me about the alternative arrangements. I do not want to expose MiWay but I feel offended as a customer when Miway promised me something that they can not deliver, if MiWay told me that I must just go back to the inspection center if I want stickers, I was going to do that.
