06/03/2013 received a phone calls for late payment for my account, I explained that I'd made the payment on the 05/03/2013. I faxed proof of payment ATT: Charlene, 11/03/2013 received another call with same inquiry I explained again about payment and faxed the proof of payment ATT: Nasheeta on 13/03/2013. Thankfully she got back to me and explained what the problem could be. I remembered I'd made other payments in the past via eft what has happened to them. I called customer services explained, agent sent to another department, where they put me back to customer services and another agent put my call through another department with an answering machine. I use the TFG banking details on my statement under the HOW TO PAY YOUR ACCOUNT. What am I doing wrong or is the information on my statement incorrect, what now. Now my account in arrears and it's not my fault.
