My fiancee is involved with king price insurence, she have been insured for 3 months, unfortunately she was involved in a car accident, so king price insurence are refusing to fix her car becsuse they are saying the car have not went to be assesed first, and they cant confirm that the car was endeed damaged in the accident, also they cant confirm that there was an accident. All relevant documentations to prove that the car was endeed involved in a car accident and that it was still new are available and they have been given them.
Please help us because Peter, coz they have rejected our claim on the basis of that the car have not went to the inspection and that they cant confirm the accident regardles of accident report which is available
