Dont want to process my claim

I am currently insured with FFW. On the 19th April 2013 I was involved in an accident and reported the accident with FFW on the 19th April 2013 together with the Police Report. I reported the claim with a Ms Segomotso Maloi and also made arrangements with her to go the assessors on the 22nd April 2013 at 9am - which I did. The Assessors report was received by FFW on the 24th April and they confirmed this. I also have 30days free car hire cover on my policy which I took at my vehicle door and window do not close and the assessor advised that I do this for security reasons. This has been done and I have the hired vehicle. FFW then wanted to tow my vehicle to stand in a panelbeaters lot (pay for the towing and the parking lot) instead of the vehicle parking in my garage - free of charge! Since the 24th April I have been trying everyday to arrange the booking of my vehicle at the panel beaters. I do not get any response when I call in and get told that they will call be back - no one does and I have emailed, also with no response. Its now the 30th, the accident happened on the 19th, please can you help - is my vehicle ever going to be repaired. thanks Chantal
