This is my second complaint regarding Std Bank Insurance and their lawyer Arangies Inc.
I was involved in an accident with a Std Insurance client who hit me from behind. I unfortunately have no insurance on my car. I have been told that the insurance claim has been rejected by the lawyers acting for Std Bank Insurance even though the assessors report states clearly my car was in a good condition and the damage cause was accident related. This lawyer acting on behalf of Std Bank has advised me that the accident report has no bearing on his decision to pay out my claim. Clearly the assessors report and every other piece of evidence proving his clients guilt in this matter doesn't too.
