Absa took out a policy on my vehicle without me knowing about it and while my vehicle was already covered by Santam. They deducted the money without any prior warning or authorisation. This is really not acceptable as I have now paid double insurance for the month of May. I have already sent a request for a refund and cancellation to [Email Removed] This is really not acceptable and I see that it happens a lot according to Hellopeter stats.
