We took out insurance with Outsurance believing we would get a good rate as we have our other business vehicles insured with them, when our other insurer quoted us half that price we of course phoned Outsurance to cancel with them. We got shifted from pillar to post and got a extremly pushy arrogant after sales consultant that refused to let us cancel, we eventually had to request a manager. We were advised that we would be credited but not only did the debit order go through for the full month, but a month taer we have still not been credited and they onyl want to credit us for the portion of the month that we were cancelling, we do not want to insure this vehcile with you, you owe us a credit, this isnt very difficult, the service we are receving is making us question whether or not we just move our other vehicles insurance as well, but perhaps Outsurance just has to many clients to care or they despertaly need cash?
