OUTSURANCE CHANCERS!!!

On the 15th April Outsurance called me with an offer on Household and Car ensurance, which at the time sounded good but Dial direct did come back with a better offer.

IMMEDIATELY after I received the E-mail from them, I responded asking them to please cancel this request as I decided to stay with my current Insurance Company.

Needless to say, this morning I found that my request was COMPLETELY ignored and the amount for R850.29 was debited in any case!!! Below is my request to cancel.
