Cancellation of the wrong Policy

I called from last Monday asking for a cancellation on my policy for which i was saving/investing on/in.

i call today to find out the progress thereof and i get told that the one i wanted cancelled, is still active and instead my life cover has now been discontinued... like who in their right mind does such> well at least not me.

Boniswa Hoho, Rashid Isaac and Chevon Adams please sort your house in order before i contuct the ombudsman. becasue we can pull the call recordings whereby you told me that i could get R1524.48 and 'all of a Sunday' the money is not fourthcoming because i cancelled and there is no reimbursement??? like really i'm not that Slow...

can i get feedback on this as in yesterday...
