Charging unreasonble amount to transfer money

I have a retirement /saving policy with old mutual for many years, the day i took out the policy the agent promised me a good return on my money so after many years of saving / investing i enquire about the policy just to find out there is les money in the policy that i put in. i battled to get someone to call me back after calling them they could not find my policy i even went to the client service in keywest and they couldn't find the policy so i stopped it going of my bank account the first month it did not go of someone called me and i told the person that i want to move the money to momentum life, first he told me i cant do it and after a while of fighting he told me it will cost me more than R8000 rand just to move my money from Old mutual to Momentum! that's not right, after all the years of saving i must still pay them to move my money and their bad service!!! i would like to warn people about this company they your hard earned money
