I am disgusted with the service that Old Mutual has provided with regards to cancellation of my Max Investment policy. I sent the cancellation request on the 18th of July 2013, it took them the whole month to cancel the policies. I have sent a number of emails to their Customer Service Centre, asking about the progress of the request. I have never seen such poor service in my life. They can't provide proper feedback when you call them. They don't call you or sms you to provide an update. So dissapointed with the service.. Can you kindly refund me my money back and hoping that there will be no deduction again, after the cancellation. Annoyed.
