Great service

27 March 2013 my husband and I had to go to the nearest FNB bank, (Parow centre) for bussines related matters. Although the waiting was long to see a consultant, and moving from chair to chair in the line was frustrating, we end up consulting with Michelle. Our problem was not easy to handle (seeing that it involved another bussiness debting over R13000 (which we did not sign for) from our account for no service rendered).

However, Michelle... after listing and understanding... not only help manange that crisis, but also assist me (being an FNB client for almost 20yrs-) with my account. She also advised my husband to call her direct should he have business queries again.
