ABSA Platinum Randburg DOES NOT CARE!!!

On Friday 6 December 2013 i went into the bank and told Sami that i needed to unblock my internet password as well as have incontact added to my Cr card as I used to have it but when I went from Gold to Platinum they lost it. I also made a small deposit in another account. Much to my surprise that when I got home from work and went on to draw a statement did i find that my account is STILL BLOCKED. I called my branch and what a run around. I thought platinum banking was meant to be a "PERK" but instead found it to be a JOKE. My first call lasted about 5 minutes and besides holding i kept being put through from one person to the next just to be cut off. My second call took 22 minutes from first the same run around and then merely put one side while i had to listen to laughing and chatting. ABSA what an obselete system you have! I now have to go back to have done which should have been done to start off with as the "consultant" was not given a numerical list of what needs to be done so tomorrow i need to go back. Why can we not reset our pins online as other banks do esp when ABSA gave me such a run around? Why waste my time by standing in a que AGAIN? Steve PLEASE call me!!!
