Thank you for an easter weekend with NO money!

I have had my sum1 account at standard bank since I was a baby, I am now well over the age limit for the sum1 and after a long struggle to take some time off work I finally got the chance to change to a student achiever account. I went in and in an hour I was out with my brand new card, a letter to my employer. I asked them to please keep my sum1 account open so I can just make sure my salary gets paid into the right account, they said it was fine and that I should just come in to inquiries to close the account as soon as Im ready. Thursday I tried to withdraw money from my student account, said not linked, confused I thought okay, no problem, I at least still have my sum1 card that I asked them to leave as is, also not linked. So here I am at an ATM with both my cards not working. Saturday, I went and stood in line for an hour so the lady can tell me that both my accounts are frozen because I didnt give prove of address or ID. So I took out all the documents that I had at the day of getting my card, she said sorry I have to go to the main branch the scanners doesnt work and my cards can only get done on Tuesday.
