So here is my last attempt to get this sorted out before cancelling my account with Cell C.
I upgraded my phone at Cell C Cresta in Feb-13 and got a Samsung S3. While upgrading, I was advised that Cell C does not give insurance on this handset and I should go to a 3rd party if I wanted insurance on my handset, which I did through C Surance.
About 3 months ago I picked up on my statements that I'm being billed for "Cellphone Warranty" & "Cellphone Cover". After probably 2 months of getting different stories about what exactly this is, I still haven't been given a reason.
Now I would like to get someone to please give me a call and explain this to me and if I am being billed for insurance through CellC, I would like this money to be paid back to me as I was advised that I had to go to a 3rd party insurance company.
