Change address and increase in costs

So we needed to change the address on our policy with a&g and then the lady not only increases our premium she increases the policy cost as well. should we just move to outsurance? you have no right to increase a policy amount at all. we have never claimed and yet we get the increase and are told its mandatory. noways. you guys think you can pull the wool over peoples eyes and its not happening this time.
