Unknown delivery date

I have ordered a Samsung Galaxy S4 online at FNB. The service was very quick, but when it came time to deliver the device FNB's courier service could not tell me, which day they will deliver.

I explained to the call center agent, I work at 2 different locations, and he need to tell me what day, so that I can give him the correct delivery address, since I personally had to sign for the device. According to him, they cannot give me a date, but I have to be at the location that I select. I explained to him again, depending on the delivery date, the location will change.

To make a long story short, FNB cannot deliver the phone, because I cannot give them my location, at an unknown date.
