The premium on my Outsurance policy increased by 21% and when I contacted Outsurance to query the reason for this dramatic increase I was assisted by a professional and friendly Ntombi. She reviewed my policy information and re-calculated the premium on my policy with an increase of only 4.5%. She then also immediately e-mailed me the new policy information for my records. Ntombi also advised me to contact Outsurance at least twice annually to review and discuss my policy, preferably prior to the policy anniversary date.
