Standard bank - AGAIN!

My last complaint was handled terribly less than a month ago and as a direct result I moved my account from Castle Walk to Centurion. I applied to Std Centurion for a home loan on the 16th April 2013, using my newly appointed Prestige banker at Centurion who promised feedback in 5 - 7workiing days. Luckily I also applied to FNB and Absa the following day using a bond originator. I received notice from FNB that my bond is approved on the 19th April (this included a valuation too) and the interest rate is really good. On the 19th Standard bank asked for more documentation, which I sent them on the 23rd April. Since then I have not had a single word back from Standard bank and today is the 2nd May. I sent my Prestige banker a mail on the 29th April but she did not even respond to my e-mail. It is as if all my communication with Standard bank falls into one big black hole never to be dealt with. Standard bank has made up my mind for me to move the rest of my banking to FNB.
