I have applied for a loan at Std Bank Centurion for R70 000.
i was told that because my wife works for standard bank i will get staff rates and that i would pay off my loan in 2 years time. I was asked to bring my account over and that the prestige Banker would call me and resolve my interest rate my credit card rate as well as make sure i am happy. I followed everything g i was asked and supplied all the documentation. I was introduced to a Indian lady i cant remember her name and was told she would call me as she is the prestige banker for centurion.
I called to check up on my loan because i found it odd not getting statements and i was told i would pay it off in 2 years when i called i found out that although i was paying 1800.00 per month i only paid R7000. and i owed the rest .i was also told that the interest rate is 18 %.Rajini when i called her she said its a fault on their side and would resolve it asap. As well as resolve my loan and it will be sorted out no problem To date she is not calling me. I need her to sorted out why i was given this rate as well as all tthe money she said wouldpay of this loan. Need a urgent response.
