It is with great sadness that i write this report as I had not had problems with this institute in the past and therefore cannot understand the lack of service now. I have been a regular customer of Wonga and have always paid my loans on or before the time, however now for some reason after paying my current account before the due date. I get turned down for a new loan, which to ne is unaccepteable as all my details are exactly the same as last month, And my income has actually increased since the first application was done. Tell me how is it that an establishment can get you hooked into this cycle only to kick you off wen you really need it the most.
