On 25 March 2013 i applied for a homeloan, if i didnt call in everyday to check on the app i would not know how far the app is! One month later Bongani Sibeko from CRC in Standard Bank called me informing me that my home loan application was declined! After hearing the stupid decline reason from him i asked him for a decline letter- this was on the 24th of April 2013- i have called the call centre everyday since then as i still have not received my decline letter! i have left numerous messages for him to contact me back and still no response and he works in the complaint resolutions centre- Just goes to show the service level Standard bank holds- Stop employing people who have no customer service skills-this is not a Zoo!!!
