STANDARD BANK DOESNT SUPPORT CLIENTS

I had a credit card with Standard bank I always had a good record. When I had some difficulty I said I was sorting it out and I will pay all the arrears which I did as I arranged. When I called again I was told me card was suspended but I can reapply to get it re-instated what upset me is that I did arrange and I wasn't trying not to pay. So I waited 3 months just to show I will pay my account and II have been paying on time every month and when I applied for Re-instatement I was told it was declined?
One would think Standard bank would show some faith in clients and let them use the card again... if the default again then I can understand closing it but when there was even an arrangement and I am paying every month now I cant see how they can just decline

Guess I was wrong that Standard bank actually wants to move forward with people...
