Hi, this is not really a complaint or a compliment but I see that this method of communication with Wonga received a faster response.
I applied for a load yesterday afternoon, and understand that no payments are done on public holidays, however, it is 13H00 already and I have not received any money in my account yet, even though I received an email yesterday already confirming that the money is on its way to my bank account.
I just want to get confirmation of how long it takes before the money reflects in my account, my wife also previously applied for a loan and received the money within a few hours, and we are both with ABSA bank.
