Standard Bank Moving Backward

Just want to make the public aware of the fact that should you decide to move you banking service toStandard Bank you will be in for severe frustration. it is NOT possible to move you entire profile to Standars Bank, so don't waste your time, they are moving backward! NOT forward as their slogan suggests. I specifically indicated that I wanted to replace my current services and yet my application was decline. First they gave me a b/s reason that I am a new cleint, which I didn't settle for. The second application was also decline, reason being that I currently have a credit card, my question is which part of switching and replacement did they not understand??? Now due to Standard Bank's complete incompetence my application have been decline twice, my credit score affected and no facility.

Interesting fact I also want to share. I visited my current bank after my second application was declined and my credit score is in the second highest category, so how do you decline my application? Another interesting fact, they decline the one application and the offered loan facilities as substitute, for more than 3 time the amount i wanted?? BAD BUSINESS if you ask me!
