FFW shocking customer service

I was involved in a car accident at the begining of March. On the day of the accident FFW was very helpful but after that day it was absolutely impossible to get hold of the people managing my claim or the manager. For 2 weeks I called and left messages with no response. Eventually I managed to get hold of a manager (I was put on hold for over an hour on one particular day for Meagan Young who I found out afterwards was on leave!!). The manager was helpful and promised to sort out my claim. BUt then he didn't phone me back/return calls. I eventually got in touch with Meagan Young who took down my complaint and promised to do something (but said she is not allowed to tell me what she will do (!)). The person in charge of managing the repairs of my car also did not phone me as promised and I had to scream and shout today to get service. I am totally fed up with FFW and would not recommend them to anyone, ever. I have also told Suzuki (where I bought my car) to no longer refer their clients to FFW which they have agreed to.
