Third party claim frustration

I recently moved insurance companies and found that First For Women were friendly and helpful. As luck would have it, within the first month, my car was involved in a 4-car fender-bender while I was at work (21/05/2013). I provided the claims department with a case number, accident report and all other necessary documentation, however due to me not being at the accident scene, I am unsure of which car is responsible.

I have been dealing with Hlubi Mehlomakhulu for my 3rd party claim. While I am aware that the claims process is a lengthy one, I am completely frustrated at the lack of response. Hlubi does not call on the days that he said he would, he does not reply to e-mails nor return my calls. It is almost 2 months since the incident, and I still have no idea what is happening with my claim. I took the matter up with the manager, Arnold, on 11/07/2013 who apologised and promised to call me the next day. It has been longer than a week and I am still waiting.
