I have recently seen a decline in my DQ points and wanted to query this from the website, as it seems that it is based on increase in speed violations. Unable to get the speed violations via the onlinDQ tracker sit. I resolved to the call centre who after 15 minutes able to tell me they can't help me as the systems are offline and the individuals that might have access to extract all the speed violations to substantiate the low score are also not available. Wasting my money and time. It seems that the systems are always offline when I have such requests and starting to wonder how true the ratings are that is provided for each of the areas one is monitored on for the DQ Status and Driver performance. Not trusting this anymore, which is a concern as it seems no way to substantiate the score, and which is directly linked to a cash back. From my understanding incorrect ratings without proof which affect the monetary payouts can be considered cheating the policy holder out of money? Sure Discovery would not want to be associated with that?
