I registered a claim on 26 March for my motor vehicle accident. I got a hire car that i will only have for 30 days. Since then I have called and been put on hold for unacceptable periods of time. I have left numerous messages, I have sent emails, I have asked my premier banker to get involved, I have emailed the Hollard claims manager and it is now three weeks later and not one person is getting back to me to tell me when the claim will be sorted out
