THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THIER CLIENTS AT ALL

On the 12.01.13 I had an accident and reported my claim to them as i am insured with them.

Sadly the lady i dealt with allocated my claim to Donovan who never called me to let me know he is handling the claim and whats the progress on claim. Tried several times to get to him with messages left but there was no joy still until i manage to reach him on Friday the 25.01.2013, and he was divalicious to me telling me about the number of file he does a day of which it was really non of my business. eventually promised to get back to me by close of business but never did.

On the 28.01.13, I tried to escalate the matter and spoke to Wendy who advised she is a National Claims manager, all she did was to ask my contacts and promised to get back to me in 30 minutes. That 30 mins turned to a 27 hours, and still haven't heard from any of them, worse their call centre keeps you on hold till you give up or run out of units.

I urge people to think twice before committing to FNIB, to me there are no good, its sad i had referred a plenty of friend to be quoted by them and today i am writing this.

My worst pathetic service in the beginning of 2013
