Your customer service is shocking. I am once again unhappy with your service. Firstly you have incorrectly allocated wrong Driving performance score for March 216. How can two separate months February & March be exactly the same. Impossible. You advise me on Friday that my points will be updated within 72 hours my reference: 2794069414 You have allocated 400 points for the incorrect readings which was not updated for my fuel rewards. How can I get R308 back, for my fuel rewards Points 616, Petrol R3 287.58 & Fuel Reward 50%. My points should be 800 for March because of your incorrect readings.
DQ mapper was not working on Friday 5th of April, no one bothered to contact me or send an sms. I was told there is technical fault. Did you not think its necessary to notify the clients that were affected? Mweb notify's their clients.
