Lack of feedback and response

Omnicover is a nightmare to deal with! Their telephone lines are never answered, e-mails seldom replied to and promises made by them have not been delivered upon!

My father was was involved in an accident. Subsequent to the vehicle assessment in March 2013 we were told to send the car for panel beating. The car was fixed within two weeks however, payment has not been released by Omnicover since and it's already heading for a second month that my parents are car-less. Even the panel beater attempted liaising directly with them several times to no avail.

The details below indicate dates of transactions with Omnicover:

18 February 2013 - we notified Omnicover of our claim and sent claim documents

10 March 2013 - the vehicle was assessed

19 March 2013 - signed their release form for payment into our account

26 March 2013 - they notified us that payment will take 21 days

22 April 2013 - after following up on payment they advised that they had problems with their system and that payment will be done week ending 26 April

29 April 2013 - Follow up was attempted, however, there's no reply to e-mail nor telephones calls.

We can't take it anymore!!!
