Ad services and to the customers

My bank fnb was deducting their debits and they took more then suppose to so I went in on friday 26 of april 2013
To one of the branches and the cosultant print a statement and called the head office to ask y they deducted so much and the they told her I was in arreas so the consultan said yes c can c that but the amoutns that was deducted didn't add up so they told her they over debited and they gona refund me and it will take 3days and wen I called this morning one of the consultants told me they won't refund me coz I'm in arreas since januarie wich is imposible I bank with them I have bank statements to prove it they even deducted on friday awso and I was told they must refund me so now fnb don't want to.fnb is very very bad for banking, bad customer service and they ask how can we help u. I feel like banking some place els
