Im waiting more than two weeks for refund

Good day. I have spoken to Janey and i did send the 2 bank statement where the money was deducted of. On the tuesday a lady from your company called me about my account and i said to her please change banking details and we did. So the money for the loan went of twice last month. On the new and the old banking details. Janey said she dis swnd the bank statements for my refund. I still havent got my money back. You guys are vwry quick to take money, but pathetic paying money back that was your mistake
