Not so awesome service

I'm just disappointed with the time it took for me to get a refund. I called in September 2013 to cancel my policy. A premium was still deducted from my bank account. I called again to get a refund, and that was processed but I never received anything and it is mid November 2013 now. I called to follow up and I was told that a premium was never deducted and that they were investigating, I was told to send in a bank statement to prove this. Bank statements aren't free! I think it's only fair if Discover paid for it, and it would have been up to me to pay for it if really a premium was never deducted. Now that I sent my bank statement, I wonder how many years it will be before a get a refund. I'm starting to think I might never get it.

I was considering returning to Discovery insure once things improved, but this just ruined the whole Discovery experience for me. If my employer wasn't paying half of my medical aid, I'd be moving that else where too.
