Ad service and response also bad banking

Hi i would just like to express my disappointment in fnb poor service. i have a loan with them and then got switched from weekly to monthly i went into the bank to notify them and they assured me it had been changed i did this well in advance at the end of the month when i received my salary and was double debited i went into the bank and they told me that would rectify this situation and refund the extra money they deducted after waiting nearly a week they now refuse to refund me. im tired of all there stories because they now claim that i was in arrears since Jan but Ive been to the bank before that when i went to change my things and they said my accounts was up to date i have my bank statements to prove that my accounts has always been up to date and that this is their error. im really disgusted by the service and then they ask how they may help me but they clearly have been of no help
