I emailed MFC care and asked them if they can freeze my account for the end of April, because of unforeseen Financial circumstances. They responded by saying they needed a signed confirmation letter giving them authority to do so. I did as they asked, and they replied saying that all is in order.
During last month their consultant Tsie Halele phoned me several times asking for payment, and the more I tell him what the situation is, the more he had a bad attitude towards me.
He forced me to pay my one account, which I did. And on the 1st of May my one car account went off double the amount.
I am so very disappointed with MFC's services, and after this situation will I never finance my cars through MFC ever again.
I hope this will be sorted out...
I cant believe they did not help me when I really needed their help
