I had taken up a loan with Wonga Finance, they needed to debit my account on 6th March however i did not realise that they could not debit my account as it was a saving account, however on 7th March i deposited the money into their account, to date it still reflects the entire amount as unpaid. I then called in last week to rectify this and spoke to Chris, who had requested a proof of payment to be sent to him, which i did and he said that he will get the Finance department to sort this out, however it is still not sorted and still looks like i owe u guys money. I have e-mailed twice last Friday and still no response. I want this matter sorted as this will not look good on my ITC, and I will be forced to take further action against you guys. This is the last time I use your services. I REQUIRE FEEDBACK URGENTLY!
