I have been trying to apply for a loan since last week Friday I took the documents along as I was told to by the call centre walked to the branch that is 2 kms way from my work only to be told that they want my marriage certificate therefore wasting my time and I had to walk away after wasting my time.
Due to your branches being in unsafe part of town in a Crime hot spot I then on Tuesday took a CERTIFIED copy of my marriage certificate to the branch again having to walk only to be told that they want to make a copy themselves I am sorry but it the Court can accept a certified as original copy who are you guys to say that it is not an true copy.
If do not have time to walk to the stupid branch everyday and waste time like that, I am frustrated beyond belief right now. I refuse to risk losing my original documents that can be used for due to being mugged due to the location of your bank branches
