Ipad via Potentiate Offer - Dissapointing

After resolving my original query with the Absa branch in Chatsworth (compliments to Veronica Moodley and team) We arranged for me to move over to the Potentiate package which suited my needs perfectly, even managed to upsell me a credit card nogal!

Alas I requested the Ipad deal which seemed quite good, 15% off taking it on your new credit card sounded like a deal! So I took it, paid for it, and never received it, The promised time frame after receipt of the funds was 3-5 days, which is fine. But Im on the 8th day with me calling checking whats going on!!! You have spoiled the idea of looking forward to getting something and looking forward to using my new ipad.

Ive been told that it is with the supplier and I should wait for their telephone call on a suitable time to deliver (ive heard that like 8 times with no one having the number)

Im tired of it, hence my post on HP. Please help, if you can give me my money back and Il buy it cash and pay the extra 15% extra,
