Because of the 20 year celebration of Dros, it was widely advertised. The mentioned ad was to enjoy a humburger, chips, union rings and a Hunter's Dry for R 20.00. on Wednesdays for the month of May 2016. I phoned on 24/05/2016 at 12h36 to confirm if the branch at Vanderbijlpark was participating and to make a booking for 25/06/2016. The person confirmed everything and that there is no need for a booking... and the meal is available the whole day. Upon our arrival 25/06/2016 we were informed that we had to make a booking. The manager Doreen only smile and said "sorry". She was not able to assist and smiled again. While this was going on, other patrons received the same poor service and had to turn around.
