Unisa's Staff Incompetent

My registration was rejected as l owed AME money. I paid AME long before registration closed and sent proof of payment to the necessary departments. Thereafter I was told that all registrations would be finalised on 8 February 2013. Today, 15 Feb 2013 and I have received no communication from Unisa. I have sent mails to which I received no response so I called in today and was told that my reg was rejected due to a flag from AME, meaning I still owe them money. I told the call centre agent that money to AME and reg fees were paid in full before the due dates. Tebogo, at the reg department said that my reg forms and selected modules were no longer on the system.By 8 Feb my reg was rejected although all payments and documentation had been submitted in full. Unisa clearly had all my information on their system but still rejected my reg and further went on to delete my reg form and modules which I had selected. Tebogo said that he would call me at 12:00 or 13:00 today but he didn't. I called him and he said that the supervisor is on lunch and that he was awaiting a decision from the supervisor as whether to override the rejection and accept my reg. I wait while semester 1 began!
