Unprofessional service

The sequence of events as the occurred
1. 22 Aug - Mail sent to NonStop Print with business details and logo
2. 27 Aug - A very novice design created that lacked imagination and creativity
3. 31 Aug - Design created by myself and mailed to NonStop Print
4. 6 Sep - No feedback received and called into offices to be told that they need the design in another format
5. 7 Sep - email received from NonStop Print to say WiCount has not paid them, irrespective of the fact that no design was finalised nor printing was in the queue.
How to run a professional business:
A courtesy email stating that your mail has been received and work is in progress
Providing 3 options to a design instead of one very novice one
No feedback as to the need to have my design in another format
Segregation of duties not recommended: I had to talk to one person who was in charge of design, another for printing... then another for WiCount vouchers???
