I bought two Groupon vouchers, to the value of over R600 each. At the first facial I was told that they have no stock so I received a ten minute slap-dash facial and a promise that I'll receive the peel next time around. Then the salon shut down! I couldn't reach them on the phone, I probably left 20 messages which never got returned before the line got cut completely. Then. To try and get a refund out of Groupon. What a nightmare. I've been trying now since the beginning of September. Promises of "the refund has been done" when no money shows after weeks of being promised a refund. No one replies to my queries, no one can produce proof of payment. Groupon, YOU.
